My First Triangle!

Today I made my first Dear Jane Triangle!!!! I tried to pick one of the easier looking ones to start with! This one is TR-1 and has 23 pieces in it! I hope to work on this quilt a little more often. So this gives me the numbers of...8,1,0,112!!!!!!!!!

Another Block today.

Today I did this block. A-1~ Pinwheel Gone Awry! The photo looks like my tips are cut off but I just cropped the photo too much.

I paper pieced this block, I just love paper piecing. I think that is why I enjoy the Civil War Diary blocks so much.

My Journey has started...

I started my Dear Jane last month. I am currently working on a millon other things but this will be my long-term project.

I did the 6 pieced blocks in May, but just finished my first hand applique block tonight. It is far from perfect but it is my first attempt at turn needle applique.

I am doing this quilt in Civil War Reproduction fabrics. I am just using what I have for my Civil War Diary quilt. I think I will be able to use alot of the scraps on it, since the pieces are so small. So here are my numbers...7,0,0,61! At least it's a start!
